1 banana
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cauliflower rice
2 cups milk of choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
(Optional) Dark chocolate, skip for babies
Directions
- Mash the banana with a fork
- Combine all the ingredients (except chocolate) in a sauce pan and stir over medium heat
- When ready (within 6-7 min) turn off the heat and stir in the chocolate
- Serve with fruits and enjoy
