Crunchy and juicy breaded chicken in the air fryer

Those breaded chicken cutlets are so crispy in the outside and so juice in the inside, perfect for an easy family dinner.


  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut the chicken breasts in the middle lengthwise and pound it out to make it thinner or ask your butcher to do so
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the mustard and 1-2 tbsp of water
  • In another mixing bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and spices
  • Dip the chicken cutlets first from the eggs mixture and then from the breadcrumbs mixture
  • Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket and cook at 360F (180 C) for 9-10 min or until golden. Don’t overcook so it remains juicy inside.
