Easy and fluffy orange cake with honey and olive oil

3 eggs in room temperature
1/2 cup honey (170 gr)
1/2 cup milk (110 gr) in room temperature
1/4 cup olive oil (60 gr)
1/4 cup orange juice (60 gr)
1 cup all purpose flour (150 gr)
3/4 cup wholewheat flour (112 gr)
1 tbsp baking powder (9 gr)
Zest of an orange + zest of a clementine
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 365F (180C) and line a 9 inches x 5 inches (23 cm x 12 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and the honey until very fluffy
- Add the olive oil, milk, orange juice and zest and whisk
- Add the flours and baking powder and whisk
- Transfer the batter to the load pan and bake for 45-50 min or until golden and a toothpick comes back clean when you press it into the center of the cake
