Those healthy baked oats with berries are so easy to make and the perfect breakfast or snack for kids

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (125 gr)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil (70 gr)

  • (Optionally) 1 tbsp honey -for babied more than a year

  • 2 cups oats (240 gr)

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup berries, diced

Directions

  • Preheat your oven at 360F (180C) and line a 9 inch round baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with the fork
  • Crack the eggs, add the oil, yogurt and honey and mix
  • Blend the oats, nuts and baking powder in a blender until sand-like consistency
  • Add the oats mixture to the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients
  • Fold in the diced berries
  • Place the batter in the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until golden
