Those healthy double chocolate baked donuts are so easy to make and they are the perfect dessert for kids.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (110 gr)

  • 1/4 cup honey (90 gr)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (32 gr)

  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour (50 gr)

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (45 gr)

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (22 gr)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 chocolate bar, melted

Directions

  • Preheat your oven at 360F (180C)
  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the wet ingredients (honey, oil, yogurt)
  • Add the dry ingredients (flours, cocoa powder and baking powder) and mix to incorporate
  • Place the batter in your donut pan
  • Bake for 15 min
  • Let the donuts cool for 5 min and transfer to a cooling rack
  • Once cooled, spread the melted chocolate on top of the donuts
