1 ยฝ cup all purpose flour (210 gr)
ยฝ cup whole wheat flour (70 gr)
1 cup Greek yogurt (240 gr)
2 tbsp olive oil (20 gr)
2 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
Seeds of choice for sprinkling
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 370F (187.78 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl add the flours, yogurt and olive oil and mix until you form an elastic dough
- Separate the dough in 8 pieces
- Shape each piece in a circle and place in the baking sheet
- In a small bowl beat the egg, add a tbsp of water and mix
- Brush the egg wash on top of bagel and sprinkle with seeds of your choice
