Easy and simple homemade bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour (210 gr)

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour (70 gr)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 gr)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (20 gr)

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • Seeds of choice for sprinkling


Directions

  • Preheat your oven at 370F (187.78 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl add the flours, yogurt and olive oil and mix until you form an elastic dough
  • Separate the dough in 8 pieces
  • Shape each piece in a circle and place in the baking sheet
  • In a small bowl beat the egg, add a tbsp of water and mix
  • Brush the egg wash on top of bagel and sprinkle with seeds of your choice
