Easy baby friendly banana bread muffins

3 medium size bananas
3 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil 75 gr
1/3 cup milk of choice 75 gr
2 tsp baking powdere
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pastry whole wheat flour 270 gr
(Optionally) 1/3 cup chocolate chips – omit for little children
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 365F (185 degrees Celsius) and grease a baking muffin tin
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas
- Add the eggs to whisk until fluffy
- Add the olive oil, milk and whisk to incorporate
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and flour and mix to incorporate. Do not over mix
- If you are adding chocolate chips, fold them in the batter. Note: omit for little children
- Place the batter in your muffin tin and bake for 30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
