Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized sweet potato (340gr)

  • 1 large carrot (120 gr)

  • 1/2 head cauliflower

  • 1 egg

  • 1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (180 gr)

  • 2 1/2 cups oats (240 gr)

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • Pepper to taste


Directions

  • Preheat your oven at 375F (190.56 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the sweet potato, carrot, cauliflower
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl
  • Add the egg, oregano and pepper
  • In the blender, blend the oats until sand like consistency
  • Mix well and form little bites.
  • Cook for 30 min or until golden brown
  • When ready let them
    cool down before transferring to a plate
