1 medium sized sweet potato (340gr)
1 large carrot (120 gr)
1/2 head cauliflower
1 egg
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (180 gr)
2 1/2 cups oats (240 gr)
1 tsp oregano
Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 375F (190.56 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a blender or food processor, blend the sweet potato, carrot, cauliflower
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl
- Add the egg, oregano and pepper
- In the blender, blend the oats until sand like consistency
- Mix well and form little bites.
- Cook for 30 min or until golden brown
- When ready let them
cool down before transferring to a plate
