Easy gluten free chocolate banana oat cake

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (110 gr) olive oil

  • 1/4 cup (45 gr) milk of choice

  • 2 cups (240 gr) rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup (60 gr) 100% cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp (8 gr) baking powder

  • (Optionally) Dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat your oven at 360F and line a 8 inches round baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl mash the bananas with the fork
  • Add the eggs and whisk well
  • Add the olive oil and milk and whisk
  • In a blender, blend the oats to sand like consistency
  • Add the blended oats, cocoa powder and baking powder to the mixture and mix
  • (Optionally) Add chocolate chips
  • Place the batter into the baking sheet and bake for 35 min or until a toothpick comes out clean when you place it in the middle of the cake
