Ingredients
- For the dough
200 gr Greek yogurt
200 gr olive oil
350 gr all purpose flour
150 gr whole wheat flour
- For the filling
250 gr feta cheese, crumbled
1 egg
1/2 tsp oregano
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 370F (187.78 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the dough and mix well with your hands or stand mixer until you form a ball and the ingredients are well incorporated
- In a separate bowl add all the ingredients for the filling and mix well
- Separate the dough in 25 equal parts and roll each one in a circular shape about 1/8 of an inch thick
- Fill the dough with 1-2 tbsp of the filling and close up
- Secure the ends with a fork and place in the baking sheet
- Bake for 25 min or until golden
