Ingredients

  • Beetroot waffles
  • 1 medium sized beetroot, cooked (130 gr)

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup milk of choice (60 gr)

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour (105 gr)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • (Optional) 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Spinach banana
  • 1 handful spinach (25 gr)

  • 1 medium sized banana

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup milk of choice (60 gr)

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour (105 gr)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pumpkin
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour (105 gr)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • (Optional) 2 tbsp maple syrup


Directions

  • In a blender add all your ingredients for the flavor that you like and blend
  • Place half of the batter in your greased waffle iron and cook in medium heat until golden brown
  • You can eat right away or you can store in your freezer for up to 3 months for an easy breakfast or snack
