- Beetroot waffles
1 medium sized beetroot, cooked (130 gr)
1 egg
ยผ cup milk of choice (60 gr)
3/4 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour (105 gr)
1 tsp baking powder
(Optional) 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Spinach banana
1 handful spinach (25 gr)
1 medium sized banana
2 eggs

ยฝ cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3/4 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour (105 gr)
1 tsp baking powder
(Optional) 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- In a blender add all your ingredients for the flavor that you like and blend
- Place half of the batter in your greased waffle iron and cook in medium heat until golden brown
- You can eat right away or you can store in your freezer for up to 3 months for an easy breakfast or snack
