Ingredients
7 dates
2/3 cups oats (110 gr)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (15 gr)
2 tbsp almond flour (15 gr)
2 tbsp almond butter (30 gr)
1/4 cup shredded zucchini (50 gr)
Directions
- Place the dates in a bowl, cover with water and set aside to soften
- Remove the pits from the dates and place in a blender along with the oats, cocoa powder, almond flour and almond butter
- Blend to combine and transfer to a mixing bowl
- Shred the zucchini and squeeze out any access liquid
- Add the zucchini to the mixture and mix to combine
- Form little balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container
