Toddler friendly zucchini energy balls

Those toddler friendly zucchini energy balls are so easy to make and they are the perfect snack for the whole family to enjoy


  • 7 dates

  • 2/3 cups oats (110 gr)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (15 gr)

  • 2 tbsp almond flour (15 gr)

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (30 gr)

  • 1/4 cup shredded zucchini (50 gr)


  • Place the dates in a bowl, cover with water and set aside to soften
  • Remove the pits from the dates and place in a blender along with the oats, cocoa powder, almond flour and almond butter
  • Blend to combine and transfer to a mixing bowl
  • Shred the zucchini and squeeze out any access liquid
  • Add the zucchini to the mixture and mix to combine
  • Form little balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container
